Which email accounts can I connect?
Google, Microsoft, and compatible SMTP/IMAP email accounts. You need to own the account or be authorized to connect it.
Is this different from managed mailboxes?
Yes. Connected Senders uses email accounts hosted by your existing provider. Managed Mailboxes uses BoostServ’s BoltMail infrastructure on domains you own and is included with Flex and Pro.
Do unlimited connections mean unlimited campaign emails?
No. Flex and Pro remove the limit on the number of external connections, not the sending allowance. Monthly plan limits, provider limits, and sending safeguards still apply.
