How to plan email capacity with BoostServ

Calculate campaign capacity using your monthly allowance, mailbox daily limits and sending days. Understand how BoltMail and connected senders work together.

Start with the campaign allowance, not a mailbox count

A mailbox is one part of your sending setup. Your monthly plan allowance, each account's daily limit, warmup readiness and connected-provider rules all apply together. The lowest applicable limit controls what you can send. An allowance is not a promise of delivery, replies or meetings.

Know the current BoostServ limits

Free includes 1,000 campaign emails per month and a maximum of 100 per day across your connected accounts. It supports up to five existing accounts and does not include BoltMail managed mailboxes.

Flex includes 10 BoltMail mailboxes, support for five customer-owned sending domains and 15,000 campaign emails per month. Pro includes 50 BoltMail mailboxes, support for 25 customer-owned domains and 125,000 campaign emails per month. Campaign emails and automated follow-ups share the same monthly allowance.

After warmup, each BoltMail mailbox supports up to 50 campaign emails per day, subject to sender-health safeguards. Warmup activity is separate from campaign sends. Do not treat the daily ceiling as a recommended starting volume or send through a warning just to reach it.

Use a planning estimate with explicit assumptions

For a rough planning ceiling, multiply the number of ready mailboxes by their permitted daily campaign volume and the number of days you intend to send. Then cap that estimate at your monthly plan allowance. This estimate assumes every mailbox is ready and no additional provider or sender-health restriction applies.

Example: 10 ready BoltMail mailboxes × 50 campaign emails × 30 sending days = 15,000 emails. If you send on only 20 days, the same calculation gives 10,000. Neither number guarantees that all messages will be delivered.

Why Pro's allowance is higher than the base mailbox estimate

For Pro, 50 ready BoltMail mailboxes × 50 campaign emails × 30 sending days = 75,000 emails. The plan's 125,000 monthly allowance is shared across BoltMail and connected external senders. You cannot reach 125,000 using only those 50 BoltMail mailboxes at that daily limit. Additional eligible connected senders can contribute capacity, subject to their own limits and safeguards.

Count follow-ups and readiness before adding capacity

A three-step campaign can use more than one email per contact. Count the initial message and the follow-ups you actually expect to send. Reply-stop and opt-out protections may prevent later steps; do not schedule follow-ups to contacts who have replied or opted out.

Before scheduling, check authentication, warmup progress, account availability and list quality. Google, Microsoft and other connected providers keep their own rules. A BoostServ connection does not remove those restrictions or increase a provider's limits.

Choose the next step from your actual needs

Use Free to try campaigns with accounts you already have. Consider Flex when you need managed mailboxes and more campaign capacity, or Pro when your contact and campaign workload needs its higher limits. Bring domains you own for BoltMail; domain registration is not included. Check the pricing page for current inclusions, optional add-ons and sending safeguards.
